NEW Premium Feature: Ticket & Staff Statistics page. You can now view statistics for the last week, month, and year for opened/closed tickets. Average time for tickets to be closed, and staff statistics including how many tickets staff have claimed in that period of time. Staff rankings are also displayed.

NEW Premium Feature: Ticket / Staff rating system. Once enabled, users will be prompted to rate their experience for the staff member that claimed and handled their ticket. This ticket feedback will be displayed on the ticket info in the dashboard and can also be posted to a custom log channel in your discord so you can review ticket feedback. The staff ratings will be used in the near future and be displayed on the statistics page on the web dashboard.

Improved Ticket Filtering / Sorting in the ticket history page. You can now sort by Opened Time Asc/Desc, Closed Time Asc/Desc. You can additionally filter tickets by status, date range, rating, and by the staff member who claimed and handled that ticket.

Improved the custom commands page to allow you to choose whether or not the custom command should reply to the command message, and if the command message used to trigger the response should be deleted. You can configure these settings on each individual command.
