Last Updated 10 May 2026

Overview#

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct and content that is prohibited when using the Ticket King Discord bot ("Bot"), the Ticket King website and dashboard at ticketking.xyz ("Website"), the Ticket King APIs, and any related services (together, the "Service"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, suspension of access to affected features, permanent account or server-level bans, and, where applicable, reporting to Discord, law enforcement, or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as described in our Security Policy.

1. Scope#

This AUP applies to all content and activity on or through the Service, including:

  • Messages, images, videos, and file attachments posted in Discord ticket channels handled by the Bot;
  • Ticket transcripts displayed or hosted on the Website;
  • Bot personalization content submitted through the Website dashboard, including bot display names, bios, avatars, and banners;
  • Server configuration content created through the dashboard, including panels, embeds, custom commands, message templates, welcome messages, questions, and automated responses;
  • Applications and application responses submitted through Ticket King application forms;
  • Public content such as community-shared panel presets, templates, or other user-generated resources visible to other Ticket King users;
  • User-to-user communications made possible by the Service (for example, staff-to-ticket-author messaging);
  • All requests made to the Ticket King APIs, including the Bot command interface, the dashboard API, and any publicly documented endpoints.

2. Prohibited Content#

You must not submit, upload, transmit, or cause to be processed any content (including text, images, videos, audio, file attachments, bot names, bios, avatars, banners, panel or embed content, application questions or answers, custom command output, or any other content visible to or processed by the Service) that falls into any of the following categories:

  • Sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, minors. Any sexual, suggestive, or sexualized content that depicts or appears to depict any person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and will be reported to NCMEC in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  • Explicit, sexual, or otherwise adult imagery. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult imagery, including erotica and suggestive content.
  • Gore, graphic violence, and real-world injury. Content depicting real-world physical injury, dead bodies, dismemberment, or similar graphic violence.
  • Self-harm or suicide promotion. Content that depicts, glorifies, promotes, or provides instructions for suicide or self-harm.
  • Hate symbols, extremism, and terrorism. Content that promotes, glorifies, or displays violent-extremist or hate-group ideologies, movements, organizations, symbols, propaganda, or recruitment materials, including but not limited to any group or conduct prohibited under Discord’s Community Guidelines on hateful conduct and violent extremism, or any entity designated as a terrorist or violent-extremist organization by a competent authority (such as national or international sanctions and terrorist-designation lists). Other violent-extremist or hate-group content is equally prohibited whether or not specifically listed.
  • Harassment, discrimination, and hate speech. Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristic.
  • Weapons and illegal-drug imagery. Realistic depictions or promotion of firearms, other weapons, or illegal drugs, including sale, distribution, or instructional content.
  • AI-generated, deepfaked, or digitally manipulated imagery. Images that are AI-generated or that digitally manipulate a human face (including face-swaps and deepfakes), particularly when presented as authentic.
  • Impersonation of real public figures. Imagery that uses the likeness of a real celebrity, public figure, or other real individual in a manner intended to impersonate or to create confusion about their endorsement or identity.
  • Scam, phishing, and fraud imagery. Fake login screens, fraudulent crypto or giveaway graphics, credential-harvesting pages, counterfeit brand imagery, or any content designed to deceive users into disclosing credentials, transferring funds, or installing malware.
  • Gambling and alcohol imagery in unsuitable contexts. Imagery promoting gambling or alcohol where such promotion would be unlawful or inappropriate for the audience.
  • Profanity, slurs, and toxic language in public-facing surfaces. Profanity, slurs, or toxic language in bot display names, bios, panel content, public presets, or other surfaces visible outside a private ticket conversation.
  • Personal information about third parties. Phone numbers, physical addresses, government identification numbers, payment card numbers, private images, or other personal information about any person who has not consented to its publication ("doxxing").
  • Links and URLs in images. URLs, QR codes, or other link indicators embedded in images that are displayed to third parties through the Service.
  • Malware, exploits, and obfuscated payloads. Files containing malware, viruses, exploit code, credential stealers, remote-access tools, or any software intended to compromise systems or users.

  • Content that violates Discord policies. Content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, regardless of whether it is otherwise permitted under this AUP.
  • Other illegal content. Any content that is unlawful under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction from which the content originates or in which the content is accessed.

3. Prohibited Conduct#

You must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with automated moderation, rate limiting, authentication, anti-abuse, or other protective controls implemented in the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing messages, scam messages, or unwanted direct messages to Discord users.
  • Use the Service to collect, solicit, or deceive users into providing Discord passwords, authorization tokens, OAuth codes, two-factor authentication codes, or other credentials.
  • Impersonate Ticket King, Discord, any other service, or any real individual in a manner intended to deceive users about identity or endorsement.
  • Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or otherwise enumerate ticket transcripts, user data, server configuration, or other personal data belonging to other users or servers.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, etc.) to access the Service except through our published APIs and within the documented rate limits.
  • Use our APIs in a way that exceeds published rate limits, abuses authentication credentials, or attempts to access endpoints, data, or functionality that you are not authorized to access.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks, volumetric abuse, resource exhaustion, or amplification attacks, or otherwise interfere with other users' use of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade-restriction laws, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
  • Use the Service to process privacy-sensitive data from users (including identity documents, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or Article 9 GDPR special-category data) unless you have a lawful basis and the necessary safeguards.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities#

If you are a Discord server administrator who installs or operates the Bot in a server you manage, you are additionally responsible for:

  • Configuring the Bot, its panels, embeds, welcome messages, application forms, custom commands, and transcript settings so that the resulting user experience complies with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Informing your server members that their messages and attachments sent in ticket channels may be stored, processed by our sub-processors (as described in our Data Processing Agreement), displayed to authorized staff in real time, and compiled into transcripts accessible on the Website.
  • Ensuring your staff handle user data disclosed in tickets in accordance with applicable law and do not misuse transcripts to harass, dox, or retaliate against users.
  • Moderating your own server, including removing content from ticket channels that violates this AUP. Ticket King does not actively monitor the contents of private ticket channels on your behalf.

5. Automated Content Review#

Certain content submitted through the Service — in particular images and text submitted through the Website dashboard for the bot personalizer feature (bot display names, bios, avatars, and banners) — is automatically reviewed by Ticket King and by a third-party content-moderation provider engaged as a sub-processor (see our Data Processing Agreement). Automated review is used to detect content prohibited by Section 2 of this AUP. By submitting content through the Service, you consent to this review.

Depending on what is detected, an automated review may result in:

  • Automatic denial of the submission for less-severe violations (for example, depictions of weapons, alcohol, gambling, violence, profanity, or personal information). You may remove or modify the content and re-submit.
  • Immediate removal and a permanent ban from the affected feature for severe violations, including sexual or suggestive content involving minors, other explicit sexual content, hate or extremist symbols, gore, self-harm content, and deepfaked faces. Where apparent child sexual abuse material is detected, we will report it to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement as described in our Security Policy.
  • Escalation to human review where the automated result is inconclusive or where you contest the decision (see Section 7).

For information about the legal basis for this processing, the third-party sub-processor involved, and your rights under Article 22 of the GDPR, please review our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

6. Reporting Violations#

If you encounter content or behavior on the Service that violates this AUP, you may report it by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Content Report." Please include:

  • The Discord server ID and, where applicable, the ticket or transcript ID;
  • A direct description of the content or conduct you are reporting;
  • Any relevant evidence (screenshots, message links) that you can lawfully share; and
  • Your relationship to the affected content (for example, subject, bystander, server administrator).

Reports concerning apparent child sexual abuse material, imminent threats to life, or other time-critical safety matters should be marked "URGENT" in the subject line. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, access suspension, and reports to Discord, NCMEC, or law enforcement.

7. Appeals and Contesting an Automated Decision#

If your content has been denied, removed, or resulted in a feature-level ban as a result of automated review, you may contest that decision by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Moderation Appeal" and including the affected Discord server ID, the approximate time of the submission, and any context you believe is relevant. A human reviewer will reassess the decision, and we will respond within a reasonable time. The outcome of the automated review may be upheld, modified, or reversed. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable law, including your right to human intervention in respect of automated decisions under Article 22 of the GDPR.

8. Enforcement#

We may take any action we consider appropriate in response to a violation of this AUP, including but not limited to:

  • Warning the responsible user or server administrator;
  • Removing or disabling access to the specific content;
  • Temporarily or permanently suspending access to specific features (for example, the bot personalizer, public presets, or API access);
  • Terminating your subscription or access to the Service in accordance with our Terms of Service;
  • Removing the Bot from the affected Discord server;
  • Reporting the violation to Discord, NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities; and
  • Preserving relevant records for use in safety reviews, appeals, and cooperation with lawful process.

Enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion. We have no obligation to take any particular action in response to any particular report or submission.

9. Changes to This Policy#

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an announcement in our Discord support server or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
