Custom Discord Ticket Panels

Create beautiful, branded ticket panels that match your Discord server's unique style and identity.

Why Customization Matters

Your Discord server has its own personality, brand, and community culture. A generic ticket panel with default settings can feel out of place and disconnect users from your server's identity. With Ticket King's customization options, you can create ticket panels that feel like a natural extension of your community.

Branded ticket panels also look more professional and trustworthy. When users see a well-designed support system that matches your server's aesthetics, they're more confident that their inquiries will be handled professionally.

Customization Options

Embed Messages

Customize the main embed that displays your ticket panel. Set your own title, description, color accent, footer text, and even add an image or thumbnail. Use Discord markdown for formatting and add helpful instructions for your users.

  • Custom title and description text
  • Brand color for the embed accent
  • Custom footer text
  • Optional thumbnail or image

Button Customization

Configure the buttons users click to create tickets. Set custom labels that describe different ticket categories like "General Support," "Bug Report," or "Partnership Inquiry." Choose button colors to match your branding or indicate priority levels.

  • Custom button labels
  • Multiple button colors (Primary, Secondary, Success, Danger)
  • Optional emoji icons
  • Multiple buttons per panel

Opening Messages

When a user opens a ticket, they're greeted with a custom message. Personalize this message to welcome users, set expectations for response times, or provide immediate helpful information. Use variables to automatically include the user's name.

Ticket Channel Naming

Configure how ticket channels are named when created. Include the user's name, ticket number, or category in the channel name. Organized naming makes it easier for staff to manage multiple open tickets.

Best Practices

  • Keep it Clear: Use concise language in your panel description. Users should immediately understand how to get help.
  • Match Your Brand: Use colors and language that align with your server's existing design and tone.
  • Use Descriptive Buttons: Button labels like "General Support" are better than generic labels like "Click Here."
  • Set Expectations: Include estimated response times in your opening message so users know what to expect.
