  • Added a blogs page on the website where updates and notices can be posted
  • Added the ability to drag-and-drop and reorder entire button or select menu rows when editing your panel
  • Added the ability to drag-and-drop and reorder individual buttons when editing your panel
  • Added the ability to drag-and-drop and reorder ticket questions
  • Added support for required roles. Required roles are roles that users must have to be able to create a specific ticket. You can find this new setting in the settings button on each button or dropdown menu option.
  • Added confirmation popups for deleting, moving, and resending panels
  • Added confirmation popups when attempting to cancel a premium subscription
  • Added support for searching tickets on the ticket history section, so you can now search by channel name, user id, etc.
  • Added a error display in the panel creator / editor that tells you any active error preventing you from editing the panel.
  • Added a steam links page on the web dashboard for servers that use steam linking to search through past links
  • Added a setting in the settings section on the web dashboard for servers that use steam linking to set the duration that users should stay linked before they must re-link
  • Updated the emoji picker menu so your server's custom emojis will appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom
  • Redesigned the settings section part of the dashboard
  • Redesigned several UI elements in the dashboard to improve clarify and accessibility
  • Fixed some spacing issues with buttons and select menus that could occur while editing a panel
  • Fixed some inconsistent sizing of elements within the panel editor
  • Fixed some accessibility issues with dashboard links and clickable elements
  • Improved the response time of some dashboard pages, including viewing ticket history pages, accessing servers, and viewing your panel list
  • Improved the panel editor so that non-embed edits won't have the panel message be updated in discord. This helps prevent unnecessary panel edits and panel resends.
  • Improved the red error display in the panel creator / editor that shows you where active message errors are

Ticket King Bot

  • Redesigned the help command message to have menus with helpful information about setting up the bot, using the bot, command information, and other documentation
  • Added a /unlinksteam command for servers that use steam linking that allows users to unlink all active accounts from that server
  • Fixed some issues when the bot tried to send messages in a channel it did not have the correct permissions for
  • Updated the ticket created message that is shown to a user to have a button that will take the user directly to the ticket
