# Quando uma transcrição é gerada
Uma transcrição é gerada **em todo fechamento de ticket**. Não há opção de "fechar sem transcrição" e não há opção de desativação. Também não há botão de "criar transcrição agora", porque a transcrição é construída no momento do fechamento.
## O gatilho
Uma transcrição é gerada como parte do fluxo de fechamento sempre que um ticket é fechado. Isso inclui:
* O `/close` comando.
* O painel **Fechar** botão.
* Fechamento automático por inatividade (:crown: Premium).
* Fechamento automático quando o autor do ticket sai do servidor.
* Exclusão direta do canal do ticket no Discord.
## Quando uma transcrição pode ficar indisponível
Em casos raros, uma entrada do log de fechamento mostra "**Aviso: Transcrição indisponível**" em vez de um **Ver Transcrição** botão. Quando isso acontece, a transcrição desse fechamento não pode ser gerada novamente.
## Edições e exclusões antes do fechamento
* Se uma mensagem foi editada antes do fechamento, a transcrição mantém **somente a versão mais recente**. O histórico de edições não é mantido.
* Se uma mensagem foi excluída antes do fechamento, a transcrição não a inclui.
