# Por quanto tempo as transcrições ficam disponíveis

**Indefinidamente.** As transcrições não expiram e não são removidas automaticamente. Depois que uma transcrição é gerada, ela permanece disponível. Isso é comercializado como "Armazenamento Vitalício".

## Alterações de plano

Fazer downgrade de premium para gratuito NÃO exclui as transcrições existentes. Elas continuam acessíveis.

A única diferença premium para as transcrições é o **limite de captura de mensagens por transcrição** (1.000 no gratuito, 5.000 no premium), definido no momento do encerramento. As transcrições anteriores mantêm o limite com o qual foram criadas.

## Remoção do servidor

Se você remover o Ticket King do seu servidor:

* As transcrições existentes continuam acessíveis.
* Não é possível criar novos tickets ou transcrições.
* Readicionar o bot depois restaura a mesma lista de transcrições.

## Versões do visualizador de transcrições

Novos tickets sempre usam o visualizador de transcrições atual, versão 2. As transcrições da versão 1 ainda abrem, mas exibem um aviso de que a versão 1 está sendo descontinuada. Se você ainda precisar de uma transcrição antiga da versão 1, salve uma cópia.
