# /unclaim

## Comando de Desatribuir

### Visão geral

O `/unclaim` o comando remove sua reivindicação do ticket atual e o retorna ao estado não reivindicado. Execute-o dentro do ticket.

### Uso

/unclaim
```

### Descrição

* **Liberar o ticket**: Libera o ticket para que outro membro da equipe possa reivindicá-lo.
* **O que muda**: O efeito depende do Modo de Reivindicação de Tickets do servidor. Se o modo tornou o ticket somente leitura ou privado quando ele foi reivindicado, desreivindicá-lo restaura o acesso anterior.

### Quando usar

* Quando você não puder mais lidar com um ticket e quiser repassá-lo.
* Quando você reivindicou um ticket por engano.

### Permissões

* Você pode usar este comando se tiver Gerenciar Canais ou Gerenciar Servidor, ou se for o proprietário do servidor, ou se tiver um cargo de suporte autorizado. Administrador também funciona, porque inclui essas permissões.
* O bot precisa da permissão `Gerenciar Canais` para atualizar o ticket.
