# /createticket

## Comando CreateTicket

### Visão geral

O `/createticket` o comando abre um ticket para outro membro. Use-o quando a equipe precisar iniciar um ticket para alguém.

### Uso

```
/createticket <user:@user> [type] [reason]
```

* **usuário** *(menção obrigatória ao usuário)*: O membro para quem o ticket é destinado.
* **tipo** *(texto opcional)*: Um rótulo para o ticket.
* **motivo** *(texto opcional)*: Uma breve explicação de por que você está abrindo o ticket.

### Descrição

* **Abrir para um membro**: A equipe abre um ticket para um membro. Isso ajuda quando o membro não sabe como abrir um.
* **Rótulo e motivo**: Um tipo e um motivo ajudam a organizar o ticket, por exemplo "cobrança" ou "técnico".
* **Estilo**: O ticket é aberto como um canal de texto ou uma thread privada com base na configuração "Estilo Manual de Ticket" do servidor.

### Quando usar

* Quando um membro não tem certeza de como abrir um ticket.
* Quando a equipe precisa iniciar um ticket para um membro e começar a conversa.

### Permissões

* Você pode usar este comando se tiver Gerenciar Canais ou Gerenciar Servidor, ou se for o proprietário do servidor, ou se tiver um cargo de suporte autorizado. Administrador também funciona, porque inclui essas permissões.
* O bot precisa da permissão para criar o ticket. Para um ticket em canal de texto, ele precisa `Gerenciar Canais`. Para um ticket em thread, ele precisa `Criar Threads Privadas`.
