# Open your dashboard

The Ticket King dashboard is where you set everything up: panels, support roles, logging, customization, and every setting. The Discord bot is the part your members see. The dashboard is where you configure it.

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## Trouble signing in

* If it keeps asking you to sign in over and over, clear your browser cookies for `discord.com` and `ticketking.xyz` and try again.
* If your server doesn't appear after signing in, you may not have **Manage Server** or **Administrator** in that server (or be the owner), or Ticket King may not be invited yet.
