The Ticket King dashboard is where you set everything up: panels, support roles, logging, customization, and every setting. The Discord bot is the part your members see. The dashboard is where you configure it.
If it keeps asking you to sign in over and over, clear your browser cookies for discord.com and ticketking.xyz and try again.
If your server doesn't appear after signing in, you may not have Manage Server or Administrator in that server (or be the owner), or Ticket King may not be invited yet.
