# La página de estado

El equipo de Ticket King mantiene una página de estado pública.

## Dónde encontrarla

El indicador de estado en el panel también enlaza aquí.

## Qué muestra

* **Bot.** Si el bot de Discord está conectado y responde.
* **API.** Si el servicio del que dependen el panel y el bot responde.
* **Panel.** Si el sitio web está en línea.
* **Transcripciones.** Si el visor de transcripciones funciona.

## Cuándo consultarla

* Ves «Esta interacción falló» en un botón del panel. Comprueba si el bot está caído.
* El panel no cargará. Comprueba si el panel está caído.

## Incidentes

Cuando algo va mal, la página de estado muestra la parte afectada, cuándo comenzó el incidente y las actualizaciones hasta que se resuelve. Puedes suscribirte en la página para recibir alertas.

## Mantenimiento

El mantenimiento planificado se anuncia con antelación en `#announcements` en el Discord de soporte y en la página de estado.

## Si ya se muestra un incidente

Si la página de estado ya muestra un incidente activo, no necesitas reportarlo. Vigila la página para ver actualizaciones.
