# Solicitar funciones

Cuéntanos qué haría que Ticket King fuera mejor para tu servidor.

## Dónde sugerir

Publica en el `#feedback` o `#suggestions` canal del Discord de soporte en [ticketking.xyz/support](https://ticketking.xyz/support).

## Cómo escribir una solicitud clara

Usa esta plantilla:

> **Problema.** Qué falta o qué es difícil hoy.
>
> **Caso de uso.** Tu situación, con números si los tienes.
>
> **Solución propuesta.** Qué te gustaría.
>
> **Por qué es importante para mi servidor.** Con qué frecuencia ayudaría.

Una solicitud breve y específica es más fácil de abordar que una larga lista de quejas.

Algunas cosas que ayudan:

1. **Un caso de uso claro.** Por ejemplo, "Gestionamos un servidor de 10.000 miembros y recibimos unos 200 tickets a la semana, y no podemos hacer X."
2. **Una idea concreta.** "Me gustaría configurar Z en cada panel" es más claro que "mejoren los paneles."
3. **Otros servidores que quieran lo mismo.** Si varios administradores lo piden, es útil saberlo.

## Comprueba si ya existe un hilo

Muchas ideas ya tienen un hilo en `#feedback` o `#suggestions`. Busca allí primero. Si ya existe un hilo, añade tu comentario en él en lugar de empezar uno nuevo.
