## Comando de agregar

### Resumen

El `/add` el comando da a un usuario o a un rol acceso al ticket actual. Ejecútalo dentro del ticket.

### Uso

```
/add [user:@user] [role:@role]
```

* **usuario** *(mención de usuario opcional)*: El usuario que quieres añadir.
* **rol** *(mención de rol opcional)*: El rol que quieres añadir.

Puedes proporcionar un usuario, un rol o ambos. Solo puedes añadir un rol en un ticket de canal de texto. No puedes añadir un rol a un ticket de hilo.

### Descripción

* **Conceder acceso**: Añade al usuario o rol al ticket para que puedan verlo y enviar mensajes.
* **Menciones**: El bot menciona al usuario que añadas. El bot no menciona al rol que añadas.

### Cuándo usarlo

* Cuando necesitas incorporar a otro miembro o a un rol del personal al ticket.
* Cuando el ticket necesita ayuda de otro equipo.

### Permisos

* Puedes usar este comando si tienes Gestionar canales o Gestionar servidor, o si eres el propietario del servidor, o si tienes un rol de soporte autorizado. Administrador también funciona porque incluye esos permisos.
* El bot necesita el permiso `Gestionar canales` para actualizar el canal.

### Ejemplos

/add user:@JohnDoe
```

Permite a John Doe ver y enviar mensajes en el ticket.

```
/add role:@SeniorSupport
```

Da al rol SeniorSupport acceso al ticket. Esto solo funciona en tickets de canal de texto.
