# /unclaim

## Befehl zum Aufheben der Übernahme

### Übersicht

Die `/unclaim` Der Befehl hebt deine Beanspruchung des aktuellen Tickets auf und setzt es wieder in einen nicht beanspruchten Zustand zurück. Führe ihn im Ticket aus.

### Verwendung

```
/unclaim
```

### Beschreibung

* **Ticket freigeben**: Gibt das Ticket frei, sodass ein anderes Teammitglied es beanspruchen kann.
* **Was sich ändert**: Die Wirkung hängt vom Ticket-Beanspruchungsmodus des Servers ab. Wenn der Modus das Ticket beim Beanspruchen schreibgeschützt oder privat gemacht hat, stellt das Aufheben der Beanspruchung den vorherigen Zugriff wieder her.

### Wann man es verwenden sollte

* Wenn du ein Ticket nicht mehr bearbeiten kannst und es weitergeben möchtest.
* Wenn du versehentlich ein Ticket beansprucht hast.

### Berechtigungen

* Du kannst diesen Befehl verwenden, wenn du Kanäle verwalten oder Server verwalten darfst, oder wenn du der Serverbesitzer bist, oder wenn du eine autorisierte Support-Rolle innehast. Administrator funktioniert ebenfalls, da diese Berechtigungen darin enthalten sind.
* Der Bot benötigt die `Kanäle verwalten` um das Ticket zu aktualisieren.
