# /rename

## Umbenennungsbefehl

### Übersicht

Die `/rename` Der Befehl ändert den Namen des aktuellen Ticket-Kanals. Ein klarer Name macht das Ticket leichter zu erkennen. Führe ihn innerhalb des Tickets aus.

### Verwendung

```
/rename <name>
```

* **Name** *(erforderlicher Text)*: Der neue Name für den Ticket-Kanal.

### Beschreibung

* **Den Namen aktualisieren**: Ändert den Kanalnamen so, dass er zum Ticket-Thema passt.
* **Bessere Organisation**: Hilfreich, wenn sich das Thema ändert oder ein Mitglied den falschen Tickettyp geöffnet hat.

### Limits

Du kannst ein Ticket bis zu 2 Mal alle 10 Minuten umbenennen. Das ist ein Discord-Limit. Wenn du es erreichst, sagt dir der Bot, wann du es wieder umbenennen kannst.

### Wann man es verwenden sollte

* Wenn sich das Thema des Tickets ändert oder du einen klareren Namen möchtest.
* Nachdem du das eigentliche Problem gefunden hast, benenne das Ticket passend dazu um, zum Beispiel "billing-issue".

### Berechtigungen

* Du kannst diesen Befehl verwenden, wenn du Kanäle verwalten oder Server verwalten kannst, der Serverbesitzer bist oder eine autorisierte Support-Rolle innehast. Administrator funktioniert ebenfalls, da es diese Berechtigungen einschließt.
* Der Bot benötigt `Kanäle verwalten` um den Kanal umzubenennen.
